Collaborative Leadership Course

Over the past three years, the Institute has worked with the Stewardship Institute and the Rivers, Trails, and Conservation Assistance program to explore how the National Park Service (NPS) can use collaboration to increase relevancy. To amplify these lessons, the Institute is working with our NPS partners to consolidate best practices into an online course, supporting park professionals as they craft their own collaborative initiatives. Participants will be ushered through a process to build and improve their collaborative work while being supported by a cohort of their peers.
