Nooshin Razani

Dr. Nooshin Razani, MD, MPH, is a Pediatrician and the Director of the Center for Nature and Health at University of California, San Francisco, Benioff Children’s Hospital. Since 2013, she has worked on finding ways nature can relieve stress in low-income communities and recently completed a clinical trial evaluating the SHINE (Stay Healthy in Nature Everyday) program. In 2012, she was a Senior Fellow at the Institute at the Golden Gate, where she collaborated with SFDPH to design the first training for health department staff on the health benefits of nature. She earned her MD from University of California, San Francisco.
