Collaboration Handbook

Collaboration Handbook offers techniques and best-practices for improving collaborative efforts between parks and their communities. The Institute developed these lessons as a part of the National Park Service’s Urban Agenda, which explored how to build a more interconnected, collaborative agency and how to increase the relevancy of parks in city landscapes. The stories, tools, and discussion points included in the handbook should empower park professionals to expand and sustain collaborative initiatives and implement these practices in their own agencies.
