Elyse Rainey

Program Manager

Elyse Rainey has a passion for cultivating environmentalists from low-income communities and communities of color. She has led environmental literacy programs, provided East Bay teens with their first green job, and taught sustainable agriculture to youth in West Oakland. At the Institute, Elyse supports our urban work, which recognizes and leverages the impact of parks in urban areas on the health, sustainability, and livability of our cities. Elyse holds a degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
